Change Manager

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Ensure the delivery of effective change management, which includes the promotion of business vision, and maintaining the benefits framework that links change delivery to the achievement of business benefits
  • Work with operational managers to implement changes within the business and identify what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to deliver the planned benefits
  • Deliver change management activities to ensure ongoing stakeholder and user engagement
  • Implement project change approach plan and strategy
  • Create a training needs analysis strategy and plan
  • Lead and promote effective ways of working within the team
  • Reporting, planning, and managing risks/issues
  • Ensure that business stability is maintained during the transition and that changes are effectively integrated into teams
  • Initiate reviews to ensure that the new capabilities are being embedded and established
  • Such other activities as may be required to fulfil your responsibilities


  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable certification
  • Prosci certification is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management for IT projects
  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering end user training
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with document repositories / documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
