Key Duties / Responsibilities

  •  Participating in the sales cycle with members of the ABM sales team to understand client requirements
  • Provide an internal interface within ABM’s business lines to develop integrated solutions that maximize value to client
  • Analyzes the business objectives of the stakeholder and develops solutions to their business issues
  • Analyzes and defines processes of business both “To Be” and “As Is”
  • Identifies, analyzes, and documents business requirements and delivers work products throughout the project life cycle
  • Analyzes the entire business, including data, goals, process, and organization
  • Translates business requirements to System/Functional requirements, and then passes to Application Developers
  • Ensures that the recommended solution is both commercial and competitive
  • Understands business requirements and translates them into specific software requirements
  • Develops logical data models
  • Understands both technical designs and specifications
  • Evaluates information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description
  • Has strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer
  • Is able to effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver GUI, interface and screen designs
  • Is an interface between technology teams, support teams, and business units

Job Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or combination of education and experience
  • Has 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
