Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all shipping and receiving
  • Maintain inventories of parts, materials and products
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
  •  Identify and manage priorities to ensure customer expectations are achieved
  • Supervise other team members in performing job duties
  • Participate in safety training procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
  • Inventory control experience
  • Proven safety awareness
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail
  • Works well independently and as a team
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a busy operational work environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Energetic, self-motivated and results oriented
