  1. Existing pricing will remain unchanged and existing Alpha Logics contract commitments will be honoured.
  2. Any pricing adjustments will only be considered upon contract renewals, or when additional services are added to existing contracts.

  1. The security of our customers’ data is our top priority. As a combined company, ABM and Alpha Logics work to maintain compliance with SOC 2 controls.

Leadership & Team Changes
  1. Other than your initial point of contact changing to the ABM service desk no significant changes to the Alpha Logics team structure are being made. 
  2. Your company’s specific knowledge base will be transferred over time to the wider ABM service desk and field team ensuring continuity of service and an expanded team that can address your needs.

Transition Timeline

  1. There are a number of phases to the transition:
    1. Initial phase – August 2024 – October 2024 – This phase included the onboarding of Alpha Logics into ABM. 
    2. Second phase – October 2024 – November 2024 – This phase included the preplanning for the final transition phase.
    3. Third phase – November 2024 – December 2024 – This phase is the preparation phase for the transition. 
    4. Final phase – January 2025 – Ongoing – In this phase Alpha Logics customers will be integrated with ABM processes and expanded team.
