Your Service Will Not Be Disrupted
- Existing contacts and service level agreements will remain in effect.
- Day-to-day operation and key contacts will remain the same.
- The same Plenum team is in place and remains available to you.
Impacts to Costs
- Existing pricing will remain unchanged and existing Plenum contract commitments will be honoured.
- Any pricing adjustments will only be considered upon contract renewals, or when additional services are added to existing contracts.
Data Security & Compliance
- The security of our customers’ data is our top priority. As a combined company, ABM and Plenum work to maintain compliance with SOC 2 controls.
- Our combined companies provide endpoint detection and user cybersecurity training both internally and for our customers.
Leadership & Team Changes
- Other than an eventual point of contact changing to the ABM, no significant changes to the Plenum team service structure are being made.
- Your company’s specific knowledge base will be transferred over time to the wider ABM service desk and field team, ensuring continuity of service and an expanded team that can address your needs.
Transition Timeline
- There are a number of phases to the transition:
- Initial phase – April 2025 – May 2025 – This phase included the onboarding of Plenum into ABM.
- Second phase – May 2025 – June 2025 – This phase included the preplanning for the final transition phase.
- Third phase – July 2025 – August 2025 – This phase is the integration phase for Plenum and ABM operations.
- Final phase – August 2025 – Ongoing – In this phase Plenum customers will be integrated with ABM processes and expanded team.
